Dr. Zeiberg is a post-doctoral fellow with experience providing evidence-based interventions to individuals across all stages of life. Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she employs a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach to treatment. Dr. Zeiberg works closely with clients to identify and address maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors, tailoring interventions to foster meaningful, lasting change. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder, hoarding disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Dr. Zeiberg earned her doctorate from Hofstra University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Bio Behavioral Institute in Great Neck, Long Island. She offers a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to therapy, Dr. Zeiberg has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, such as psychoeducational evaluations for both children and adults.
